People were helpful and friendly. The room was very old. The laminate floor was peeling up and the spa tub was ancient. The workout room was down in the dungeon, dark and dreary. I would probably not go back there again.

Staying at the Scottsdale Hyatt was great. The staff were extremely helpful for suggestion options to go out, where to eat, and staying safe on the heat.

We had a perfect stay at Arabella Hotel Sedona. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Zarahi at the front desk was so warm and kind, and even helped us check in early, which we really appreciated after a long travel day. The pool and grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, and the breakfast offers great, healthy options. Everything felt thoughtfully done. One of our favorite touches was the live music at night by the bonfires. As the weather cooled down, staff even brought out warm blankets—such a small detail, but it made the experience feel really special. The staff truly think of everything here. Highly recommend!
